Terms of Use

ArgusPay is software that launches tokens on Argus from a treasury wallet, claims the creator share those tokens earn, and pays a share of it to an X account named at launch. By launching a token through ArgusPay you accept these terms.

Launching. You are responsible for the name, image, description and links you submit, and for having the right to use them. Tax rates, allocation and the creator of record are fixed by Argus at launch and cannot be changed by you or by us.

Payouts. We pay 80% of each claim to the named X account through X Money once its balance crosses a published milestone, subject to the held-balance and do-not-pay rules in the docs. We do not guarantee that any token will earn fees or that any payout will occur.

No advice. Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice. Tokens are volatile and may lose all value.
